Section 03

Definition of On-Site Cancellation

This applies when the driver has already arrived at the scheduled pickup location.

  • The Seller/Dealer refuses to release the vehicle.
  • The vehicle's actual condition (physical or mechanical) is deemed unacceptable by the driver and contradicts the information provided at booking.
  • The Client/Representative cancels the transport upon the driver's arrival.
  • The vehicle is not ready for immediate collection.
Section 04

Force Majeure & Company Discretion

Exceptional circumstances are handled fairly, with full protection for the client.

In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure — severe adverse weather, road closures, driver emergency — directly impacting the company's ability to perform the service, the client will receive a 100% refund of the advance payment (including the full advance payment). The company reserves the right to postpone or re-schedule a booking without penalty in such circumstances.

Finality of Fees — Cash Payments
The pre-paid advance payment is the client's final financial liability in the event of a short-notice (less than 1 day) or on-site cancellation. The company agrees not to seek further payment beyond the retained advance payment in these scenarios.
